Order Status and Tracking

We make checking the status of your order and tracking it as simple as possible. We have multiple ways for you to get an update on the status of your order.

Order Confirmations

Immediately after your order is placed, we'll send you a confirmation with all order details to the e-mail address provided at checkout. You can use this e-mail to review the status of your order in your account.

Order Statuses

You can always view the status of your order and your tracking number when it is available by visiting your account.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you an e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have not yet received tracking information, please check your spam folder and contact us. You can view both the status of your order and all of your tracking numbers in your account.
