What exclusions apply to shipments in general?

Additional costs apply for any purchase that exceeds a shipping volume of 19" x 14" x 11" (in inches) or a shipping weight of 50 lbs. If your purchase exceeds the volume or weight limits, your purchase will be subject to to additional shipping costs, and if not paid on time, it will be subject to cancellation.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to ship orders within 2 business days. Depending on the shipping method you have selected and your destination address, orders may take 3-7 business days to arrive.

How can I check the status of my order?

At the end of the payment process, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking number according to the selected carrier. You can use these emails to check the status of your order or log into your account.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days, which means we may not be able to spot yours in time to modify or cancel it. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best. You can send us an email by filling out the form on our contact page or by replying to the order confirmation email you received.

What is the return/refund policy?

We want you to have a good shopping experience with Bolmarket.com.

You may return and receive a full refund (including shipping cost) for any merchandise you received in a defective or damaged condition within 10 days from the date of delivery. The return shipping cost will be covered by the seller.

All other returns will be accepted within 10 days from the delivery date, as long as the products remain in an unused and unopened condition. Return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.
